Who we are

This website is operated by Sevara Management LLC (“we”, “us”) under the name Rokiya. For privacy questions or requests, email ben@rokiya.com.

We are an independent referral service. We are not the buyer of any data.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect:

• your name and work email address;
• your company name;
• your company’s employee-count range, years in business, and business type;
• your company website and any notes, if you choose to provide them; and
• your confirmation that you agreed to be contacted about your inquiry.

The form does not accept attachments. Please don’t include confidential files, customer records, employee information, passwords, or other sensitive data.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether a data partnership might be a fit. We don’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing based on this form, and we don’t sell your information.

How your inquiry is handled

• The site is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify’s form service, which also screens them for spam.
• Netlify sends us an email notification of each submission, delivered to our inbox at Google Workspace.
• Like most hosts, Netlify may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. Fonts are served from our own site.

Sharing

Submitting the form does not authorize us to send your information to our data partner or anyone else. We share your details with a third party only if you separately ask us to, or if we are required to by law. The service providers named above handle data on our behalf to run the site and deliver email.

If you later apply to our data partner, you deal with them directly, and their own privacy policy applies to what you give them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them from our form records and inbox. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing ben@rokiya.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, and we will honor requests made under them.

Changes

If we change how we handle inquiry information, we will update this notice and its date.
